Why We Created Own Your Future™
The world is asking 15-year-olds to make decisions about careers, subjects,
and futures — often before they have had space to understand who they are.
Schools are doing their best.
Parents care deeply.
But many students are navigating pressure without clarity.
Own Your Future™ was created to change that.
The Real Problem
Year 9/10/11 is where three pressures collide:
Identity pressure. Academic pressure. Future pressure.
Students are trying to understand who they are. How they are perceived and where they belong.
And yet, this is also the time when subject choices need to be made, impacting your childs future.
They are asked to decide without clarity.
To perform without confidence.
To plan without the proper tools.
That tension creates confusion and overwhelm for many.
Our Approach
Own Your Future™ is built on a simple belief:
Before choosing a career direction, students must understand themselves.
Our mentorship framework helps students explore:

• Core values
• Strengths and tendencies
• Career interests
• Emotional resilience
• Future readiness in an AI-driven world

The full program is designed as a 12-week journey for students at the stage of subject selection.
THE 12-WEEK JOURNEY
The Own Your Future™ 12-Week Mentorship Framework
1. Month - will focus on helping them understand themselves before making decisions.
2. Month - will focus on connecting who they are to where they might go.
3. Month - will help students visualise their goals, enabling them to leave with a sense of
ownership and confidence in owning their future.
The detailed overview will be shared with registered parents before the information session.
Introducing The Discovery Lab WeekendÂ
The Own Your Future™ Discovery Lab Weekend* is the opportunityÂ
for your teens to experience the Mentorship Framework firsthand,
before enrolling in the full 12-week journey.
This Lab is designed for a small focus group as a first entry point.
A 6-hour experience designed to help students:
• Clarify how they think and make decisions
• Identify what matters to them
• Recognize their strengths
• Explore possible career directions
• Gain confidence in asking better career questions
*This is not a compressed version of the 12-week program.Â
It is a structured awareness and direction experience, intentionally designed
as the first exploration of our mentorship framework.
The next Discovery Lab will take place at the end of March 2026.
This Lab will be available for a limited time, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Who This Is For
Designed for Secondary Students Who…
...are standing at that in-between stage - not yet fully clear about who they are becoming.
This experience is especially valuable for Year 9/10 students who:
• Are intelligent and capable, but unsure about their career direction
• Seem confident in some areas and uncertain in others
• Feel pressure around exams or subject choices
• Would benefit from structured space to think — without pressure
This Lab is designed for those who are open to actively participating and willing to reflect on who they are and which career aligns most closely with their character strengths.
