Parent/Guardian Programme Agreement & Consent
Last updated:Â Sept 1st 2026
This Agreement applies when a parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) enrols a student (“Student”) in Shape Your Future™, a Career & Future Readiness Programme for teens (“Programme”).
Â
1. Programme & Providers
Shape Your Future™ is designed and delivered collaboratively by Goals360 and Unbox Leadership Consulting L.L.C-FZ (together, the “Service Providers”).
Unbox Leadership Consulting L.L.C-FZ will invoice and collect the Programme fee for this Lab. Programme dates, times, venue, fee and other practical arrangements are those communicated during enrolment.
2. What the Programme Includes
The Programme is designed to help Students understand themselves, explore career and study possibilities, and build a stronger foundation for future decisions.
- pre-Lab developmental assessments and activities, which may include DISC, VIA Character Strengths and RIASEC/Holland career interests;
- a 2-Day in-person Career & Future Readiness Lab;
- programme worksheets, resources and learning materials; and
- 30 days of guided mentoring, including reflection and exploration activities and online group mentoring sessions.
The Programme is developmental and exploratory. Assessment results and career possibilities discussed are intended to support reflection and informed exploration; they do not determine which subjects, qualifications, study pathways or careers a Student should pursue.
The Programme does not provide psychological or clinical assessment, therapy, medical advice, formal academic counselling or university admissions advice, and no particular academic, career or personal-development outcome is guaranteed.
3. Parent Consent, Student Information & Assessments
By accepting this Agreement, the Parent confirms that they are the Student’s parent or legal guardian and have authority to enrol the Student and provide the consents in this Agreement, including where applicable on behalf of another parent or guardian.
The Parent consents to the Student participating in the Programme, including the pre-Lab assessments, in-person Lab and 30-Day Guided Mentoring, and to the Service Providers receiving and using assessment results for Programme delivery.
Before the Lab, the Parent will complete a Student Information Form and provide accurate information reasonably required for safe participation, including emergency contact details and any relevant health, allergy, dietary, accessibility, learning, support, arrival or collection information. The Parent must notify the Service Providers if relevant information changes.
The Parent agrees to receive programme-related communications necessary for the administration and delivery of Shape Your Future™, including enrolment confirmation, forms, assessment instructions, Lab information, reminders, mentoring communications and updates relating to the Programme.
If an emergency arises, the Service Providers may take reasonable steps to obtain appropriate emergency assistance and will seek to contact the Parent or nominated emergency contact.
4. Digital Participation, Conduct & Safeguarding
The 30-Day Guided Mentoring may use Microsoft Teams or another access-controlled platform communicated to the Parent. Group mentoring, resources and Programme communication will take place through the designated environment. Facilitators will not initiate private one-to-one messaging with a Student outside the agreed Programme channels.
Students are expected to treat other participants, facilitators and venue staff respectfully and to follow reasonable safety and facilitator instructions. Bullying, harassment, threatening or unsafe behaviour, serious or repeated disruption, or misuse of Programme communication channels may result in the Student’s participation being suspended or ended. Where reasonably practicable, the Parent will be contacted first. No refund is payable where participation is ended for these reasons.
The Service Providers are committed to Student safety and wellbeing. Facilitators will follow the Programme’s safeguarding procedures and use the agreed communication channels when working with Students.
5. Fees, Cancellations & Minimum Participation
Programme fees are payable as stated during enrolment.
Cancellation by the Parent:Â Programme fees are non-refundable if the Parent or Student chooses to cancel or does not attend.
If the Student cannot attend because of illness, the Parent must notify the Service Providers before the Lab starts and provide a valid medical certificate from a certified clinic or hospital within 48 hours.
The Student may then transfer once to the next available Shape Your Future™ Lab offered within three months, subject to availability. If no Lab is offered within that period, 50% of the Programme fee will be refunded and 50% retained against costs already incurred.
Minimum participation:Â The group Lab requires a minimum of three enrolled Students. If fewer than three Students are enrolled, the group Lab will not run. The Parent may choose one of the following options:
- an individual version of the core Lab experience for their child, including the assessment-based and developmental work, with the format and schedule agreed with the Service Providers;
- a transfer to the next available Shape Your Future™ Lab; or
- a full refund of the Programme fee paid.
The Service Providers will contact the Parent if minimum participation is not reached and confirm the Parent’s preferred option.
Cancellation or material change by the Service Providers:Â If the Service Providers cancel the Programme before it begins, or make a material change for which a reasonable alternative cannot be provided, the Parent will be offered an appropriate alternative date or arrangement. If the Parent does not accept the alternative, the Programme fee paid will be refunded in full.
6. Privacy, Photography & Programme Materials
The Service Providers may collect and use Parent and Student information where reasonably necessary to administer and deliver the Programme, facilitate assessments and mentoring, support safe participation, communicate with the Parent, process payment and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Access will be limited to those who reasonably need the information for these purposes, and reasonable measures will be taken to protect it.
Third-party services may be used for payments, forms, assessments, communications or digital mentoring, and their applicable terms and privacy practices may also apply. Relevant health, allergy or support information will be collected through the Student Information Form and used only to support safe and appropriate participation.
Any use of identifiable photographs or video of the Student for promotional or marketing purposes requires separate Parent consent. Declining photography/video consent will not affect participation.
Shape Your Future™ presentations, frameworks, exercises, worksheets and other Programme materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners or licensors. Materials provided to the Student are for personal educational and developmental use and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold or used to deliver another programme without prior written permission.
7. Responsibility, Changes & Legal Terms
The Service Providers will exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering the Programme and take reasonable measures to provide a safe and appropriate learning environment. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Providers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Reasonable changes may be made to the venue, facilitators, timetable, assessment tools, activities or digital platform where operationally necessary. Parents will be informed of material changes affecting the Student’s participation.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement.
By accepting this Agreement electronically during enrolment, the Parent confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms and consent to the Student’s participation in the Programme.
