A 2-Day In-Person Workshop for Students Aged 13–15 

Subject selection is often one of the first significant choices young people make about their future. 

But making those choices isn't only about deciding which subjects they enjoy. It means beginning to understand the connection between who they are, what they are good at, what they might want to study later, and where those choices could take them.

Your child does not need to have their future figured out yet. But they can become better equipped to explore what could be possible and make more informed choices about what comes next.

Shape Your Future™ takes students through three stages:

1. Know Yourself
Explore their interests, strengths, values and personality through proven self-discovery tools and guided activities.

2. Explore Career Possibilities
Connect who they are with fields of study and career directions, while exploring how AI and changing industries are continuously reshaping the future of work.

3. Make Informed Choices
Bring those insights together to think more deliberately about subject selection, future study possibilities and the next steps ahead.

What’s Included

• 3 pre-program self-discovery assessments: DISC Personality, VIA Character Strengths and RIASEC/Holland Career Interests
• 2-Day In-Person Career & Future Readiness Program
• Personal Profile and Future Foundation activities
• 30 days of guided mentoring and exploration following the program

Time: 10:00 AM–2:30 PM
Location: Aloft Hotel, Dubai Production City
Ages: 13–15

The program is limited to a maximum of 10 students per group to support meaningful discussion, individual reflection and active participation.
